Add a time-based code from an authenticator app when signing in. Recovery codes are shown once during setup. Starting November 1, 2026, authenticator verification is required for all Sonderr accounts and cannot be disabled.

Change password
Use a unique password of at least 12 characters. Changing it signs out your other sessions.
Account recovery
Password-reset emails are not available yet. Keep your password in a password manager. Contact support if you lose access.
